My painting of Dryopteris affinis 'Cristata' will be part of the 'Wonderful World of Water Plants' exhibition showing at the Shirley Sherwood Botanical Art Gallery in Kew Gardens until the 17th September 2023.

I was thrilled to be at the opening of the Hannarie Wenhold Gallery at the Grootbos Nature Reserve in South Africa for the opening events in September 2022. I have two paintings with accompanying vignettes on permanent display in this amazing collection: Blechnum capense (Cape Blechnum) and Gomphocarpus fruticosus (Milkweed). The gallery is one of a kind, depicting the plants in the Fynbos habitat which surrounds it. Artists from around the world have travelled to take part in the Florilegium there and the project is ongoing with many more plants to paint. The stunning Grootbos Florilegium book to accompany the exhibition has now been published.
