Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions for booking courses at the Sawpit Studio, in the grounds of the Wagon House in a private area of Heligan Gardens in Cornwall.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a place on all courses.
Full payment of the course fee is required no less than two full weeks before the start of the course. From this point the fee is non-refundable if you cancel, so we strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you think this may happen. If your place can be filled before the start of the course then your fee and deposit will be refunded in full.
If we have to cancel the course for any reason you will receive a full refund of your deposit and full fee if you have paid it. As we cannot cover travel and accommodation expenses please obtain travel insurance if you want this covered.
Dietary requirements for the lunches need to be given in advance to pass on and confirm with our caterer. Menus can be altered for most special diets such as gluten free or vegetarian but please take special care to advise us of any serious allergies or other conditions. If you have serious dietary needs that can't be met by our caterer then we can provide the course without the fee for lunches at our own discretion.
If you can only make part of the course (e.g. three days of a four day course) we regret we are unable to split the cost as space is limited at the studio and this takes up a full course place.
Entry to Heligan Gardens is not included in the cost of the course and must be purchased separately, though we encourage you to take some time to visit this wonderful garden.
Parking at the Sawpit is generous, but parking spaces cannot be guaranteed in the grounds of the Wagon House. Paid parking, or free if you are a member, is available at the main Heligan Gardens site, although so far we have been able to fit everyone in!
If you have any queries about any of the above or to book a place please contact me.
